CIFFNV PitchFest! – 2026

Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to pitch your story to industry leaders for a chance to win a prize package valued at up to $175,000.

FINALISTS:
10 projects will be selected to pitch in person on the morning of Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

"WILDCARD" LOTTERY DRAWING:
Everyone who attends CIFFNV PitchFest! in person on Sunday, October 4th, 2026, and signs up upon arrival (at least 10 minutes before the event starts) will be entered into a lottery drawing where up to 5 additional projects will be selected to pitch.

TIME:
Each pitch is a traditional 3-minute elevator pitch in front of panelists and a live audience, followed by 3 minutes of questions/feedback from panelists. No audio or visual aids are allowed in the presentation.

Rules & Disclaimers

1. Idea Similarity Disclaimer:
   The Cordillera International Film Festival (CIFFNV), its staff, jury, and industry partners are not liable if a film, television project, or other creative work with similarities to your pitched story is produced in the future. Many stories share common themes, concepts, or structures, and participation in PitchFest! constitutes acknowledgment of this reality.

2. Selection Based on Pitch:
   Winners are chosen based on their live pitch presentation. Industry teams donating their time and resources reserve the right to decline to move forward with a project after reviewing the submitted script if it is determined the project is not ultimately a fit for them. 

3. Eligibility:
   All finalists must pitch in person; no virtual or pre-recorded pitches will be accepted.

4. Time Limits & Materials:
   Each participant will have 3 minutes for their pitch, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. No slides, videos, or other visual aids are permitted.
