ABOUT PRESS ACCREDITATION 

Members of the press who are working on assignment to cover films and events at the 2024 Cordillera Int’l Film Festival  may apply for credentials to receive access to public films, events, panels, and more. There are multiple tiers of accreditation that provide a variety of access opportunities. 

Please note: 

  • Entry into public screenings and events is not guaranteed, regardless of accreditation status. Pass holders and ticket holders must be in line at least 15 minutes prior to the start of a screening. 

  • By applying for press accreditation to the 2024 Cordillera Int’l Film Festival , you agree to make your name, media outlet, and contact information available to filmmakers and distributors with work being screened in the Festival. 

  • Applying for press accreditation does not guarantee tier level or acceptance.

Tier One
Press Pass Accreditation

A limited number of Festival press passes will be granted to members of the press working covering both the 2024 Cordillera Int’l Film Festival event as a whole, as well as seeking filmmaker and guest interviews.

Tier 1 accreditation includes: 

  • A Press Pass that grants the opportunity to access public screenings and events. Press passes are nontransferable.  

  • Fluid access to the Filmmakers Lounge & Media Staging Areas

  • Priority access to red carpet events and filmmaker interviews 

  • Daily updates regarding Festival screenings, guests, and events 

  • Access to press screeners, as available, to be used exclusively for event coverage

Tier Two
Press Ticket Accreditation

A limited number of complimentary tickets will be reserved at each Festival screening for accredited members of the press. Tickets must be requested at least one day prior to the desired screening and are subject to availability.

Tier 2 accreditation includes: 

  • Opportunity to request press tickets; limited tickets are available for Tier 2 accredited press 

  • Access, as available, to red carpet events and filmmaker interviews 

  • Daily updates regarding Festival screenings, guests, and events 

  • Access to press screeners, as available, to be used exclusively for event coverage 

Tier Three
Special Interest Accreditation

If you intend to cover a limited number of films under a specific topic or category, 2024 Cordillera Int’l Film Festival  may be able to issue complimentary tickets to specific film screenings. Please complete the application form and indicate your area of interest under "Special Interests" near the end.
